As an instore Mothercare Customer Sales Advisor, your induction will be followed by continuous training within our Career Development Framework – a wide range of activities designed to build your skills, knowledge and confidence. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your expertise in our specialist product areas.
All of the store management team will follow a Retail Induction Programme. This will give you a good working knowledge of the Mothercare group’s products, policies, procedures and systems. As you progress you’ll have the opportunity to develop your management skills through instore training as well as workshop-based learning.
