mini club is an exciting contemporary clothing brand available exclusively in larger Boots stores nationwide. The joint venture between Boots and Mothercare has created a stylish collection of high quality clothing for babies and children from 0 to 6 years and is both comfortable and affordable; designed for all occasions focussing on the life stages and age of the children, keeping at the forefront the idea of letting kids be kids!

There are 4 main departments:

  • Baby - high quality, comfortable and effortless clothes
  • Toddler girl - cute and trendy clothes for all occasions
  • Toddler boy - strong, playful and trendy clothes for all occasions
  • Essentials - nightwear and underwear

Retail

At mini club, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Whether you can drive sales through exceptional customer service as a Sales Advisor, inspire and manage your team as a Department Manager, or have proven multisite experience as an Area Sales or Cluster Manager, we want to hear from you.

Senior Sales Advisor

Making sure our customers get precisely what they need will be down to you. This means you’ll be responsible for delivering everything from helpful advice about our clothing range to impactful in-store merchandising – with the help of our guidelines. Driving sales, delivery processing and stock replenishment will also be part and parcel of your role.

We’re looking for confident self starters with real people skills, infectious enthusiasm and excellent problem-solving skills. If you have experience in a retail fashion or clothing environment too, then we would love to hear from you.

Clothing Department Manager

We need good all-rounders to run our departments. From the way they look to the way we deal with our customers, everything and anything to do with the day-to-day running of our stores will be your responsibility. Whether you’re driving sales, managing rotas or training and inducting new starters, you’ll do everything to the highest of standards while developing a productive ongoing relationship with the Boots store teams.

A capable leader and people manager, you’ll be equally at home with hitting sales targets as you are at dealing with issues as and when they arise. Flexible, self-motivated and a strong communicator, if you have a retail background – ideally in fashion or clothing too – so much the better.
