An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reward Manager in our Global Brand team based in our head office, reporting to the Global HR Director. The role will involve the development of the Company reward strategy across three business entities. Reviewing current compensation and benefit practices and fundamentally defining our future proposition ensuring there is a cost-optimised, well-governed approach, helping to attract and retain great talent.
Key role responsibilities:
o Experience in leading the core cycle of reward activities including annual salary review and incentive award processes
o Write papers for submission to Board and Remuneration Committees
o Broad understanding of good market reward practice and legal compliance
o Deliver best practice and legal changes and provide recommendations to senior management on
o Manage benefits suppliers (including childcare, EAP, employee discounts,
private & executive medical), by partnering with Procurement, on tender and selection processes as well as ongoing management of services to ensure effective governance, management reporting and a high quality employee experience
o Design, implementation and manage the long service and company-wide recognition programme
o Review compensation and benefit policies, including discount card policy, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose and legally compliant
o Extensive reward experience and the ability to demonstrate your in depth knowledge, understanding and the ability to shape and execute reward strategy that result in commercial solutions.
o Previous experience of managing a flexible benefits programme and reviewing the benefits within a business.
o Knowledge and experience of pay model, job evaluation frameworks and benchmarking tools.
o Proven compensation and benefits experience within a commercial organisation including salary surveys & reviews, bonuses and management of benefits.
o Strong data analysis, numerical, problem solving, decision making and reporting skills.
