As a Stockroom Customer Service Advisor, you will not only have a passion for our brand, but a dedication to the efficiency of our stock replenishment procedures.
You will be responsible for managing the stockroom and the delivery process, preparation of returns, managing customer orders, adhering to health & safety and replenishment of stock. We need our Stockroom Customer Service Advisor to have the following skills:
- Maintaining appropriate stock levels on the shop floor
- Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise effectively
- An open, enthusiastic and positive approach
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- The ability to work within a team
- Flexibility to support the business
- Able to work efficiently in a pressurised environment
- High standards of personalpresentation
- Excellent retail standards
