Are you looking to grow your career in retail and sales, and work in an autonomous, fast paced and exciting role? Mini Club is looking for a Customer Service Advisor, Sales Assistant, Sales Advisor or Retail Assistant.
Mini Club is an exciting contemporary clothing brand available exclusively in larger Boots stores nationwide. This joint venture between Boots and Mothercare has created a stylish collection of high quality clothing for babies and children from 0 to 6 years.
You will work independently within a Boots store, which means you'll be responsible for delivering everything from helpful advice about our clothing range to customers, to impactful in-store visual merchandising with the help of our guidelines. Driving sales, processing deliveries and stock replenishment will all be part of the role too. So, you'll need to be comfortable working without guidance, and using your initiative and judgement to resolve day-to-day issues without a direct manager permanently onsite. You will however be closely supported by a team of local and regional managers, and given the opportunity to develop within our highly successful and growing brand..
We're looking for people with previous experience of customer service within a retail environment, and preferably with clothing retail experience. But equally importantly, we value people with passion, commitment and personality. People that can bring our brand to life by understanding our customers' needs and expectations.
